A Word of Welcome

The Royal Road, walked together.

El Camino Real — the King’s Highway — is the historic path that runs through Texas, used for centuries by travelers searching for what mattered most. We chose the name because therapy, at its best, is a journey: one taken with a steady guide who listens carefully and walks beside you without rushing.

Our Austin-based practice serves clients across Texas through telehealth and select in-person sessions. We work with adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, faith and identity, parenting, and relational repair. Faith is welcome here — integrated when it serves your goals, set respectfully aside when it doesn’t.

Fatima brings a warm, steady presence to the counseling room. Her work centers on helping clients quiet the noise long enough to hear what they actually need — then build the language and the steps to ask for it.

She specializes in anxiety, life transitions, identity, and the work of building a life that feels like your own. Fatima is currently accepting new clients for telehealth across Texas.

Daniel works at the intersection of practical strategy and deeper insight. He believes most people don’t need to be fixed — they need a thinking partner honest enough to name what’s happening and patient enough to help them change it.

His areas of focus include men’s mental health, marriage and communication, faith and identity, and navigating major life transitions. Daniel sees clients across Texas via telehealth.
