This guide will help us walk through the book slowly, one chapter each week, inviting honesty, healing, prayer, and real conversation.

WEEK 1 — Introduction: My Journey to Soul Care

WEEK 3 — Principle #1: Identity

  • The cross as the foundation of identity

WEEK 4 — Principle #2: Repentance

  • Removing “legal ground” in the soul
  • Owning sin without excuses

  2. What’s the difference between conviction and condemnation?

WEEK 5 — Principle #3: Overcoming Family Sin Patterns

  • Beginning a NEW family legacy

WEEK 6 — Principle #4: Forgiveness

  • Forgiveness = releasing the debt
  • How bitterness poisons the soul
  • Forgiving others AND yourself

  2. What’s the difference between forgiveness and reconciliation?

FINAL FAMILY REFLECTION

At the end of 9 weeks, come back together and ask:

  1. What changed in you over these 9 weeks?
  2. What changed in our family?
  3. What strongholds were broken?
  4. What new habits do we want to carry forward?
  5. What is God calling our family to do next?
