Wormwood (due to his youth and inexperience) asked Uncle Screwtape if he should reveal himself to the patient. In this letter, Screwtape tells him that the current policy is to keep humans ignorant of their existence. Screwtape follows up on a previous discussion of whether Wormwood should try to influence the man to become a servant patriot or an extreme pacifist during the war. Screwtape advises that in the end it really does not matter as long as he misdirects the patients thoughts away from God and others.

Some of the biggest atheist and agnostic skeptics do not believe in demons or the supernatural. They believe in evolution and natural processes/laws. These skeptics are focused on humanism and self centered. Therefore, demons do much better work when they distract humans from the supernatural. When humans consider the supernatural as plausible and real, we then rationalize good and evil within the realm. Therefore, it is a slippery slope for Satan to have us even go there.
What a stupid message… Just because these celebrities are burning in hell, does not mean you will be in good company. Socializing will be the last thing on ones mind.
Artist depict demons and Satan as scary individuals with sharp fangs, horns and revolting looks. However, Satan and his demons are very sneaky and disguise their techniques and tactics. We don’t see demons like we may see an angel from God. But we see the affect demons may have on us. Remember the demon cannot do anything to us without God allowing this to occur. We may be tempted by the demon, but God will provide a way to escape this temptation. We will not be tempted above what we are able to withstand.
The last 10 years, I have seen significant moral decay in our nation and over the world. Social acceptance of lifestyles that are against Biblical teachings is now accepted. In fact, if you fail to accept these lifestyles, you are considered a bigot. This transition to this moral decay did not happen overnight, it has been a slow methodical attack on our liberties as US citizens. Satan and his demons are actively working to make Christianity a group of extremist. On the other hand, Christians are being slaughtered in Syria, Iraq, and Iran. This genocide is not being broadly reported.
Satan and his demons want us to be lukewarm and complacent. These demons will work overtime to keep us from reading the Bible and doing out devotions. Churches are full of lukewarm, non-tithing, non-serving people. Churches are full of complacent people who may act like they are Christians, but are lost and on their way to hell. They justify their salvation by what they do – through works. But they have not settled their salvation with God. There are also Christians who stop living for God and just play church. These Christians are save and their hope secure, but they are fruitless and just living for self. God will many times bring trials into their lives to get their butt in gear.
